1General Provisions

3Identity Verification (KYC)

ae222 carries out user identity verification to meet required regulatory obligations and to prevent fraudulent activity. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Selfie or video verification if required

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal. If any bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding, the full balance cannot be withdrawn until it has been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

ae222 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction. During an investigation, the relevant account and transactions may be temporarily suspended.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ae222 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager an amount equal to 25 times the total bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement for a bonus must be completed within a specified time limit (as stated in the terms of each individual offer).
• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering — the contribution rate for specific games will be listed on the promotions page.
• Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address or household will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

ae222's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. To advance to a higher tier, consistent activity is required and tier placement is determined based on an evaluation by the platform.

5.4 Promotion Changes

ae222 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. The terms of bonuses already accepted will not be changed.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

ae222 works with reputable game software providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all games. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in all games to ensure impartial results.

6.2 Technical Errors
